Verizon supplies many people all over the country with quality broadband solutions and as such has positioned itself to make the transition in the mind of consumers from the telephone company to the broadband company. Working with the good people at R/GA, I had a chance to help with that transition with the creation of the Broadband Stories site.
Pitching the idea, I would explain that it should be essentially more of an art project as though a photographer drove cross-country taking pictures of people along the way, then published a coffee table book entitled America 2005. This site should become a cross-section of what people across the country are doing with broadband.
